Electrical Service FAQ
Straight answers about how our Broward electrical service works.
- Which electrical work do you handle in Broward County?
- We handle residential electrical repairs and installations: outlets and switches, GFCI protection, lighting and recessed LED, ceiling fans, breakers, dedicated circuits, EV charger installs, exterior lighting, and troubleshooting of dead or tripping circuits.
- How do I get an estimate?
- Open the Assistant on any page. It collects your name, contact details, address area and a short description of the electrical issue, checks calendar availability, and routes the request through our central reception team.
- Can I book a specific time slot?
- Yes. The Assistant checks real availability before it confirms anything. If a slot is not available it will tell you instead of confirming a time that does not exist.
- Do you cover my city?
- We serve Broward County, including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Oakland Park and Wilton Manors, with wider South Florida context.
- What should I do before the visit?
- Clear access to the panel and to the affected outlets, switches or fixtures, and note when the problem started and which rooms are affected. That shortens diagnosis time.
- Is any work permitted or licensed work?
- Work that requires a licensed electrical scope or a permit is identified up front and coordinated accordingly. We tell you which category your job falls into before scheduling.
- How do I reach a person by phone?
- Call (954) 708-6930. The Assistant also has a Call Office option and can take a question or a complaint if you prefer to write it down.
Still have a question?
The Assistant can answer questions, book an appointment, log a complaint, or connect you with the office.
